We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. All features and plans are described on our Pricing page and are subject to change.
You must create an account to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are stated in US Dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors; by subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing date. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within 30 days of purchase — contact support to request a review.
All software, content, branding, trademarks, and materials on qulcksboolks-lritult.com are the exclusive property of qulcksboolks-lritult.com or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service solely for your internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date below and notify you via email or an in-app notice for material changes. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
